Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานประชาสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู รวม 4 ด้านคือ ด้านการวิจัยและรับฟัง ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการสื่อสารและการปฏิบัติ ด้านการ ติดตามและประเมินผล และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู ที่มีต่อการบริหารงานประชาสัมพันธ์ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการปฏิบัติงาน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ปีการศึกษา 2545 จำนวน 109 โรงเรียน เป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 218 คน ครู จำนวน 218 คน รวม 436 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจกค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย การทดสอบค่าที (t-test)
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
1. การบริหารงานประชาสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา
จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวมปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2. การบริหารงานประชาสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา
จังหวัดนครราชสีมา รายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวิจัยและ รับฟัง ด้านการสื่อสารและการปฏิบัติ ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน
3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานประชาสัมพันธ์ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัด
กรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ระหว่างความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารกับครู แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน
The objectives of the research aimed at studying the school administrators and school teachers attitudes towards the state of public relation administration of secondary schools under the Department of General Education in Nakhon Ratchasima, regarding to the four aspects : - the research and understanding aspect, the planning aspect, the communication aspect, and the follow-up and evaluation aspect. The comparison of the school administrators and school teachers attitudes towards the four aspects of public relation administration, regarding to the working status was also focused.
The studied sample group were 218 school administrators and 218 teachers working in 109 secondary schools under the Department of General Education in Nakhon Ratchasima in the 2002 academic year. The total number of population was 436. The research instrument used for collecting data was the rating-scale questionnaire. Frequency distribution, percentage, mean ( ), and t-test were used in data analysis.
The finding of the study showed that :
1. The public relation administration of secondary schools under the Department of General Education in Nakhon Ratchasima, when generally considered, was at the average level.
2. The public relation administration of secondary schools under the
Department of General Education in Nakhon Ratchasima, when specifically considered was at the average level in 3 aspects :- the research and understanding aspect, the communication aspect, and the follow-up and evaluation aspect, whereas, the planning aspect showed the high level.
3. Regarding to the comparison of the school administrators and school teachers attitudes towards the public relation administration of secondary schools under the Department of General Education in Nakhon Ratchasima, it showed statistically significant difference at the .05 level when specifically and generally considered in all of the four aspects.
