Abstract:
This research had 4 main objectives. Firstly, it studied the level of Kasetsart university officials' opinions in the early retirement project. Secondly it intended to compare the level of Kasertsart University officials' opinions according to their personal factors. Thirdly, it aimed to study the relationship among knowledge and understanding, job satisfaction, project incentive' satisfaction, an autonomous university' satisfaction and Kasetsart university officials' opinions. The Sam of 208 persons was selected by proportional stratified random sampling from Kasetsart university officials who have rights to join this project. Data were collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by using the computer program SPSS for Windows. Statistical tools employed for analysis data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One way ANOVA, pearson product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression, at the .05 level of significance.The results of this study found that the level of Kasetsart university officials' opinions in the early retirement project was moderate. With reference to Kasetsart university officials' opinions, factors affecting it were composed of number of people under patronage, salary, knowledge and understanding in project's target group, job satisfaction in condition of working, job satisfaction in job security and career advancement, project incentive' satisfaction, an autonomous university' satisfaction in academic and research management.
