Abstract: ระบบสารสนเทศการจัดทำงบประมาณ พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อใช้กับสำนักงานประปา การประปาส่วนภูมิภาคเพื่อสนับสนุนการของบประมาณทำการ และงบประมาณลงทุนประจำปีของสำนักงานประปา ซึ่งมีกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานแบ่งเป็น 6 กลุ่มคือ กองงบประมาณ คณะทำงานแผนปฏิบัติการ เจ้าหน้าที่งานอำนวยการสำนักงานประปา ผู้จัดการประปา ผู้ควบคุมโครงการและผู้ดูแลระบบ ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยส่วนสำคัญคือระบบการกำหนดนโยบายงบประมาณ ระบบการบันทึกคำของบประมาณ ระบบการบันทึกความก้าวหน้าโครงการลงทุน ระบบการโอน/เปลี่ยนแปลงงบประมาณทำการ ระบบรายงานและสอบถาม โดยประโยชน์ของระบบคือช่วยนำเข้าข้อมูลงบประมาณทำการและงบประมาณลงทุนของสำนักงานประปา ลดความซ้ำซ้อนของการจัดเก็บข้อมูล ลดเวลาการแสดงรายงานเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานสำนักงานประปา และเป็นการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่เหมาะสมมาเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารงาน โปรแกรมพัฒนาในรูปแบบเว็บ โดยใช้ภาษา PHP version 5.0.4 และระบบฐานข้อมูล MySQL version 5.0.37 สถาปัตยกรรมเป็นแบบไคลเอ็นเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Client / Server) โดยใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดว์ 2003 เซิร์ฟเวอร์ทำหน้าที่เป็นเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Web Server)

Abstract: Budget Information System is developed for Waterworks of Provincial Waterworks Authority to support activities related to operating budget and capital budget. User groups of system can be categorized into 6 groups which are budget department, operation plan committee, water office administrator, water office manager, project controller and system administrator. The system composed of main functions that are policy management system, budget request system, project progress entry system, budget transfer system, reporting and finally query system. Benefits from these availability to make an online functions are request for both capital expenditure and operating budget from regional office, reducing duplicate work of data storage, reducing time of managerial report and increasing managerial efficiency with optimized information technology. System implementation is done by using PHP version 5.0.4 as programming language, MySQL version 5.0.37 as database management system with client / server architecture. Windows 2003 server is installed on Web Server as operating system.
