Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อ การประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน ประถมศึกษาจำแนก ตามขนาดและประเภทของโรงเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนา การบริหารระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ เพื่อการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน การประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้บริหาร 54 คน และครูปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 262 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 316 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการและ แบบมาตรวัดประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการวางแผนการจัดทำระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศอยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด ส่วนด้านการตรวจสอบการจัดทำระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศอยู่ในอันดับต่ำสุด การบริหารระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก โรงเรียนขนาดกลาง และโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ การบริหารระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ระหว่างโรงเรียนที่ได้รับการประเมินภายนอกและโรงเรียนที่ยังไม่ได้รับการประเมินภายนอกแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งในภาพรวมและ รายด้าน โรงเรียนมีความต้องการในการพัฒนาการบริหารระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ตามรายการที่กำหนดแต่ละข้อ อยู่ในระดับสูงเกินร้อยละ 95
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the levels of the management of information systems for internal quality assurance in the primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Sakhon Provincial Primary Education, 2) to compare the levels of the management according to school size and audit type, and 3) to study the needs for developing the management of information systems for internal quality assurance in the primary schools under the jurisdiction of Samut Sakhon Provincial Primary Education. The 316 samples consisted of 54 administrators and 262 full-time teachers in primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samut Sakhon Provincial Primary Education. The research instrument was a set of questionnaires constructed in the forms of checklist and scale rating items. The statistics used for analyzing the acquired data were percentage, arithmetic mean ( ), standard deviations (S.D.), one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and t-test.
The research findings revealed that the overall management of information systems for internal quality assurance in the primary schools under the jurisdiction of Samut Sakhon Provincial Primary Education was at a high level. Additionally, the management of the information systems regarding planning was perceived as the first priority, whereas the assessment of the systems was perceived as the lowest. For the comparisons of the management of information systems for internal quality assurance, the findings revealed no significantly different management among the large, medium, and small schools. On the contrary, when analyzed as a whole and by individual aspects, there were significant differences in the management of information systems at .05 levels between the schools which received external audits and those which did not receive any. Moreover, the findings revealed the needs for developing the management of information systems in the primary schools were at high levels, above 95 per cent, in all aspects.
