A Study of student help care system management according to school administrators and teachers opinions under the office of Chanthaburi educational service area 1
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare student help care system
management according to school administrators and teachers opinions under the Office of
Chanthaburi Educational Service Area 1 in the following 8 aspects : the setting directions and
strategies, the setting standards, the considering standards and indicators, planning, directions,
supervising and controlling, evaluating and conclusion and public relation were classified by
statuses, work experiences and school sizes. The samples consisted of 384 administrators and
teachers which classified by proportional stratified random samplings. The research instrument
was a 49 item rating-scale questionnaire with alpha reliability .97. The statistics used for
analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of
variance Scheffes method for pair wise comparison.
The results of the study were as follow : 1) The student help care system management
according to school administrators and teachers opinions under the Office of Chanthaburi
Educational Service Area 1 as a whole and each aspect were at high levels 2) The comparison of
student help care system management according to school administrators and teachers opinions
classified by statuses was not significantly different. Except the aspect of setting standards was
significantly different at. 01 and aspect of conclusion and public relation was significantly
different at .05, but other aspects were not significantly different. 3) The comparison of student
help care system management according to school administrators and teachers opinions under
the Office of Chanthaburi Educational Service Area 1 classified by work experiences and school
sizes as a whole and each aspect were significantly different at .01. While classified by work
experiences aspect of planning, aspect of supervising and controlling, aspect of evaluating and
aspect of conclusion and public relation were significantly different at .05 and the aspect of
directions was significantly different at .01, but other aspects were not significantly different.
